Posting a full-length photograph to showcase the full costume. The base was made by my awesome tailor, and I hand painted the peacock feather motifs on the sleeves, high collar and coattails, and also the gold swirls on the belt sash. I also hand made all accessories, and stitched the purple jewels onto the collar and sash.

I opted to follow the artwork and omit the gold net fabric that's supposed to be included in the sleeves because I wanted everything to drape and flow softly, which wouldn't be possible had there been an extra layer of stiff fabric in them. Also omitted the gold detailing on the shoes because I was afraid they would look too clunky on the platform base of these pumps, but it's something that I would probably want to add on in future if I ever take this costume for a shoot again.
